It is important to ACE that our tenants feel at home in their properties. We provide 24/7 contact for emergencies and work closely with our landlords to ensure safety legislation is adhered to along with a high standard of fixtures and fittings.

Tenant’s deposits are held with either Letting Protection Scotland or Safe Deposits Scotland and any disputes at the end of a tenancy are handled as quickly and fairly as possible.

Communication whilst dealing with repairs is of upmost importance to us. We trust our recommended tradesmen and work closely to oversee all repairs and maintenance.
