"Ace property management was quite good in managing our flat. I was living in a flat managed by them for a year but I have no complaint about them. The one that I like most is their quick response to my emails and reports about problems. They normally replied my email within a day and sent engineers within 1-3 days when something went wrong. When there is no issue, they leave me alone and didn't interrupt my life, which is quite good. Exit inspection was quite reasonable as well. They arranged the time for the inspection so causing no surprise at all. The deposit is held in another deposit bank and this deposit bank is also very easy to use. I just needed to loggin and pressed "reclaim deposit" button. I received my deposit full within 3 days after I reclaimed my deposit. For me, Ace property management was almost perfect as an agent."
