We can undertake all kinds of upgrades and improvements from simply decorating to refitting kitchen, installing bathrooms, electrical work, plumbing and central heating work.

Does your property require an Energy Performance Certificate? We would be happy to arrange for our engineer to carry out a property inspection and complete the necessary assessment.

HMO properties- The owner of a property in Edinburgh who permits it to be used as a House in Multiple Occupation requires a license.

To be a House in Multiple Occupation there usually has to be three or more persons who occupy it as their main residence. Persons who are owners of the property are not counted. Persons in the same family group are not counted.

We can provide a full HMO service for our landlords that ensures applications are made and renewed, visits are coordinated with the council, necessary upgrades are made and all certificates and regulations are adhered to.
