ACE Property Management, Edinburgh
ACE Property Management is run by Stuart Johnston and Alan Nash. Agnieszka Jaworowska is our property manager and Michelle Dakers is our office manager.
Stuart Johnston has a Bsc (Economics & Accounting) from Edinburgh University and took further professional qualifications in becoming a qualified company secretary (ACIS).
He has worked as a company secretary in the financial services industry before forming Ace Property Management with Alan in November 2005.
Having built up a private portfolio over the years, he has considerable experience in the HMO licensing area. He looks after all the accounting, financial and regulatory issues related to running the business.
Stuart enjoys all sports, particularly rugby, loves to travel and keeping fit. But the morning bacon rolls don't help!
Alan Nash went straight into the property business after finishing school. He has worked in different areas of letting, property management and property development.
Alan has a vast knowledge of all aspects of property management, from one-bedroom flats to family homes, and also has his own portfolio. He specialises in the hands-on side of the business - viewings, business development, marketing of the properties, rental evaluations, repairs and maintenance and HMOs.
A keen sportsman with tennis, golf and football being enjoyed whenever possible however rugby is where his passion lies and he is still turning out for Watsonians FC and Rodent Rugby when time allows, he also enjoys travelling and socialising with friends.
Away from property Alan also has interests in marketing and social networking.
